發(fā)酵啤酒糟營養(yǎng)價值、生產(chǎn)工藝及其在畜禽生產(chǎn)中的應(yīng)用

摘 要：我國啤酒糟產(chǎn)量巨大， 常作為廢棄物直接排放， 資源浪費嚴(yán)重。如何將其有效應(yīng)用于畜禽生產(chǎn)十分必要。發(fā)酵技術(shù)可以有效保存和改善啤酒糟的營養(yǎng)成分， 提高啤酒糟作為動物飼料的價值。該文對發(fā)酵啤酒糟營養(yǎng)價值、生產(chǎn)工藝及其在畜禽生產(chǎn)中的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行了綜述， 以期為發(fā)酵啤酒糟應(yīng)用提供參考。

Abstract： The production of brewer’s spent grain in China is huge， often discharged directly as waste， resulting in serious resource waste. It is necessary to effectively apply it to livestock and poultry production. Fermentation technology can effectively preserve and improve the nutritional content of brewer’s spent grain， and increase the value of brewer’s spent grain as animal feed. This article reviews the nutritional value， fermentation process， and application of fermented brewer’s spent grain in livestock and poultry production， in order to provide reference for the application of fermented brewer’s spent grain.
