數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代地方高校大學(xué)生就業(yè)優(yōu)化研究

摘要：數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展為地方高校大學(xué)生就業(yè)帶來機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)，為了緩解企業(yè)需求與高校人才培養(yǎng)不匹配導(dǎo)致結(jié)構(gòu)性矛盾，地方高校應(yīng)利用區(qū)域優(yōu)勢(shì)，優(yōu)化數(shù)字課程體系，加強(qiáng)校企合作與技能認(rèn)證，以提升畢業(yè)生就業(yè)質(zhì)量，破除就業(yè)障礙。

Research on Optimizing Employment of Local College Graduates

in the Digital Economy Era

Abstract： The rapid development of the digital economy presents both opportunities and challenges for the employment of local college graduates， leading to structural contradictions due to the mismatch between enterprise demands and university talent cultivation. Local colleges should leverage regional advantages， optimize digital curriculum systems， strengthen university-enterprise cooperation and skill certification， in order to improve the employment quality of graduates and alleviate employment barriers.
