高職大數(shù)據(jù)技術專業(yè)“崗課賽證創(chuàng)”融通育人模式研究
摘要:該文針對高職大數(shù)據(jù)技術專業(yè)育人現(xiàn)狀,剖析了傳統(tǒng)模式的不足,構建了“崗課賽證創(chuàng)”融通模式。通過崗位導向、課程優(yōu)化、以賽促學、資格認證對接及創(chuàng)新能力培養(yǎng),旨在培育理論知識扎實、實踐技能突出的大數(shù)據(jù)技術人才,增強學生的就業(yè)與崗位適應能力。

Research on the "Post-Curriculum-Competition-Certification-Innovation" Integrated Education Model for Higher Vocational Big Data Technology Major

Abstract: This paper analyzes the current situation of educating talents in the higher vocational big data technology major and points out the deficiencies of the traditional "theory + practice" model, such as the disconnection between theory and practice, insufficient practical opportunities, and lack of innovation ability cultivation. It constructs the "Post-Curriculum-Competition-Certification-Innovation" integrated education model, aiming to cultivate high-quality big data technology talents with solid theoretical knowledge and outstanding practical skills through the integration of five aspects: post-oriented education, curriculum optimization, competition-promoted learning, qualification certification docking, and innovation ability cultivation. This model emphasizes the close connection between educational content and industry demands, focusing on the cultivation of students' practical abilities and innovative thinking to enhance their employment competitiveness and post adaptation abilities.
