人力資源智能化平臺(tái)的建設(shè)與應(yīng)用探討

摘要：近年來，人力資源管理工作面臨新的形勢(shì)和挑戰(zhàn)。為順應(yīng)時(shí)代發(fā)展趨勢(shì)，必須積極探索人力資源管理工作新思路、新方法。該文分析了人力資源智能化平臺(tái)建設(shè)與應(yīng)用的意義，提出了人力資源智能化平臺(tái)建設(shè)的目標(biāo)和主要功能，并探討了人力資源智能化平臺(tái)建設(shè)的具體實(shí)施方法。

Abstract： In recent years， human resource management has faced new situations and challenges. In order to keep up with the trend of the times， it is necessary to actively explore new ideas and methods for human resource management. This article analyzes the significance of the construction and application of human resource intelligent platforms， proposes the goals and main functions of human resource intelligent platform construction， and explores the specific implementation methods of human resource intelligent platform construction.
