全民醫(yī)保視角下醫(yī)保檔案數(shù)字化建設(shè)及利用

摘要：全民醫(yī)保背景下，我國已經(jīng)建成了世界上最大的基本醫(yī)療保障體系。隨著異地就醫(yī)結(jié)算、醫(yī)保目錄調(diào)整等政策的實(shí)行，對醫(yī)保檔案提出了數(shù)字化建設(shè)與數(shù)字資源開發(fā)利用的新要求。文章主要從分析醫(yī)保檔案數(shù)字化建設(shè)與利用的特點(diǎn)及意義入手，結(jié)合當(dāng)前醫(yī)保檔案數(shù)字化建設(shè)與利用的現(xiàn)狀，提出了有針對性的策略，以供參考。

Digital Construction and Utilization of Medical Insurance Archives from the Perspective of Universal Medical Insurance

Abstract： Under the background of universal medical insurance， China has established the world's largest basic medical security system. With the implementation of policies such as remote medical settlement and adjustment of medical insurance catalogs， new requirements have been put forward for digital construction and digital resource development and utilization of medical insurance archives. The article mainly starts with analyzing the characteristics and significance of digital construction and utilization of medical insurance archives， and combines the current situation of digital construction and utilization of medical insurance archives to propose targeted strategies for reference.
