基于計算機智能化技術的醫(yī)院財務管理系統(tǒng)設計與應用研究

摘要：文章從計算機智能化技術的特點、優(yōu)勢出發(fā)，針對當前醫(yī)院財務管理系統(tǒng)存在的問題和不足進行分析，并提出相應對策，具體包括：加強計算機智能化技術應用力度、建立完善的計算機智能化系統(tǒng)、加強內部控制以及實施財務管理信息化建設等，希望能夠為提升醫(yī)院財務管理水平提供一些參考和幫助。

Design and Application Research of Hospital Financial Management System Based on Computer Intelligence Technology

Abstract： This article analyzes the problems and shortcomings of the current hospital financial management system， and proposes corresponding countermeasures， including strengthening the application of computer intelligence technology， establishing a complete computer intelligence system， strengthening internal control， and implementing financial management informatization construction. It is hoped to provide some reference and assistance for improving the level of hospital financial management.

1   醫(yī)院財務管理工作存在的問題

1.1 會計核算不夠規(guī)范

部分醫(yī)院在會計核算過程中，由于對醫(yī)院會計基礎工作重視程度不夠，導致財務會計核算的規(guī)范性不足，對于會計科目的選擇和設置不夠合理，會計核算的準確性不高，對醫(yī)院的經(jīng)營狀況也不夠了解，使得財務管理缺乏科學性和有效性。（剩余4409字）
