摘要：隨著智能手機和移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的普及，短視頻已成為人們生活中不可或缺的一部分。研究短視頻特效實現(xiàn)方法，對于提高用戶體驗和推動短視頻產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展有著積極意義。文章基于多媒體處理技術，研究短視頻特效的實現(xiàn)方法，旨在為短視頻特效的進一步研究和應用提供支持。

Abstract： With the popularity of smartphones and mobile internet， short videos have become an indispensable part of people's lives. Studying the implementation methods of short video special effects has positive significance for improving user experience and promoting the development of the short video industry. This article is based on multimedia processing technology and studies the implementation methods of short video special effects， aiming to provide support for further research and application in the field of short video.
