企業(yè)數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型的總體性分析

摘要：文章對企業(yè)數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型中的影響因素和實(shí)施策略進(jìn)行了陳述，并分析了成功案例和經(jīng)驗(yàn)，得出了要注重?cái)?shù)字化基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)、管理和應(yīng)用數(shù)據(jù)資產(chǎn)、積極推動數(shù)字化文化建設(shè)的結(jié)論，最后預(yù)測了企業(yè)數(shù)字化的機(jī)遇和前景。

Abstract： This article presents the influencing factors and implementation strategies for enterprises to transform towards industrial digitalization， and analyzes successful cases and experiences. The conclusion is that enterprises should focus on building digital infrastructure， managing and applying data assets， and actively promoting the construction of digital culture. The opportunities and prospects of industrial digitalization are also analyzed and predicted.

企業(yè)是國家經(jīng)濟(jì)的最基本組成單位，數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型企業(yè)是數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)[1]，“數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)”的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)核心就是“數(shù)字化企業(yè)”，全力發(fā)展數(shù)字化企業(yè)是構(gòu)建中國數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)底層的最關(guān)鍵步驟。（剩余5418字）
