摘要：文章從通信終端的概述入手，分析我國(guó)增值業(yè)務(wù)面臨的困難，提出終端和業(yè)務(wù)創(chuàng)新的要點(diǎn)，并闡述通信終端和業(yè)務(wù)創(chuàng)新的未來發(fā)展，以期助力相關(guān)研究。
