摘要：文章對建設(shè)項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理過程進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)分析，并以B公司信息化通信系統(tǒng)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目為例進(jìn)行了實(shí)踐研究，給出了相應(yīng)的應(yīng)對措施。
