電子政務(wù)外網(wǎng)接入氣象業(yè)務(wù)內(nèi)網(wǎng)的安全防護(hù)探究

摘要：為實(shí)現(xiàn)政務(wù)處理電子化、信息化，國(guó)家開設(shè)了電子政務(wù)外網(wǎng)這一基礎(chǔ)公共設(shè)施，社會(huì)公眾可通過外網(wǎng)獲取政務(wù)信息。在信息化建設(shè)進(jìn)程中，電子政務(wù)內(nèi)網(wǎng)的應(yīng)用是助推服務(wù)型政務(wù)形成的基礎(chǔ)保障，因此，文章從政務(wù)外網(wǎng)接入氣象業(yè)務(wù)內(nèi)網(wǎng)的安全防護(hù)問題進(jìn)行分析，并以此探究相應(yīng)的安全防護(hù)策略。

Research on Security Protection of E-government External Network Connecting to Meteorological Service Internal Network

Abstract： In order to realize the electronization and informatization of government affairs， the state has set up the basic public facility of e-government extranet. At the same time， the public can obtain government affairs information through the extranet. In the process of information construction， the application of e-government intranet is the basic guarantee to promote the formation of service-oriented government affairs. Therefore， this paper analyzes the security protection of the government extranet connected to the meteorological business intranet， and explores the corresponding security protection strategies.

1  寧夏氣象電子政務(wù)外網(wǎng)現(xiàn)狀

近幾年，本單位部門基于電子政務(wù)外網(wǎng)開展的業(yè)務(wù)服務(wù)工作不斷擴(kuò)大，除本單位部門特有的省級(jí)突發(fā)事件預(yù)警信息發(fā)布業(yè)務(wù)外，自治區(qū)各部門的政務(wù)管理、行政審批、政務(wù)辦公類應(yīng)用逐年增加，伴隨自治區(qū)政務(wù)大數(shù)據(jù)平臺(tái)建設(shè)的推進(jìn)，電子政務(wù)外網(wǎng)還將承擔(dān)自治區(qū)各部門間的數(shù)據(jù)共享相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)。（剩余4274字）
