摘要：文章通過(guò)運(yùn)營(yíng)商云服務(wù)平臺(tái)運(yùn)維支撐工作的實(shí)際案例，對(duì)云服務(wù)平臺(tái)的售中售后支撐、網(wǎng)絡(luò)運(yùn)維、設(shè)備維護(hù)以及網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全等方面制定運(yùn)維服務(wù)模式，有效處理了云服務(wù)平臺(tái)運(yùn)作各環(huán)節(jié)中存在的問(wèn)題，提升云服務(wù)平臺(tái)的運(yùn)作質(zhì)量。

Construction of Operation and Maintenance Service Mode of Cloud Service Platform

Abstract： This paper talks about the actual case of the author's operation and maintenance support work on the cloud service platform of operators， and formulates the operation and maintenance service mode for the cloud service platform in terms of in-service and after-sales support， network operation and maintenance， equipment maintenance and network security， in order to effectively deal with the problems existing in all links of the operation of the cloud service platform and improve the operation quality of the cloud service platform.
