軟件項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理研究及在辦公平臺(tái)開發(fā)項(xiàng)目中的應(yīng)用討論

摘要：文章基于軟件項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理流程展開分析，內(nèi)容涉及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識(shí)別、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)分析、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估、擬定風(fēng)險(xiǎn)緩解措施、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)監(jiān)控等，結(jié)合某辦公平臺(tái)開發(fā)項(xiàng)目案例，對(duì)于風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理在其中的應(yīng)用要點(diǎn)和效果進(jìn)行討論，其目的在于積累有價(jià)值管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)，提高企業(yè)軟件項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理水平。

Research on Software Project Risk Management and Application Discussion in Office Platform Development Projects

Abstract： This paper is based on the risk management process of software projects， involving risk identification， risk evaluation analysis， risk assessment， formulate risk mitigation measures， risk monitoring， etc. Combined with the case of an office platform development project， it discusses the application points and effects of risk management in them. Its purpose is to accumulate valuable management experience and improve the risk management level of enterprise software projects.
