西藏衛(wèi)視高標(biāo)清同播方案研究

摘要：高清化已成為我國省級電視臺制播的主要方式，同時標(biāo)清電視節(jié)目的衛(wèi)星覆蓋對邊遠地區(qū)仍具有現(xiàn)實意義，通過衛(wèi)星高標(biāo)清同播方式把西藏的電視節(jié)目傳輸?shù)饺珖鞯兀七M生態(tài)文明建設(shè)，同時提升作為中華民族文化重要組成部分之一的西藏文化傳播能力具有重要意義。

Abstract： High definition has become the main mode of production and broadcasting of provincial TV stations in China. At the same time， the satellite coverage of standard definition TV programs is still of practical significance to remote areas. It is of great significance to transmit Tibetan TV programs to all parts of the country through satellite high-standard definition simulcast， promote the construction of ecological civilization， and improve the communication ability of Tibetan culture， which is an important part of Chinese culture.
