企業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)保護(hù)與應(yīng)用合規(guī)建設(shè)思路探討

摘要：大數(shù)據(jù)時代數(shù)據(jù)價值凸顯，企業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)保護(hù)與應(yīng)用合規(guī)建設(shè)是發(fā)展的必要要求。我國數(shù)據(jù)保護(hù)立法起步相對較晚，數(shù)據(jù)保護(hù)法律法規(guī)及執(zhí)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)還未完全形成體系。文章將為企業(yè)進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)保護(hù)和應(yīng)用合規(guī)的機(jī)制探索可行路徑，拓展數(shù)據(jù)保護(hù)思路，為企業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)保護(hù)工作奠定理論基礎(chǔ)。

Discussion on the Ideas of Enterprise Data Protection and Application Compliance Construction

Abstract： In the era of big data， the value of data is prominent， and enterprise data protection and application compliance construction are necessary requirements for development. Data protection legislation started relatively late in China， and data protection laws， regulations and implementation standards have not fully formed a system. This article will explore feasible paths for enterprises to implement data protection and application compliance mechanisms， expand data protection thinking， and lay a theoretical foundation for enterprise data protection work.
