淺析用戶視角下智慧商場(chǎng)的數(shù)智化場(chǎng)景應(yīng)用

摘要:受疫情影響,傳統(tǒng)商場(chǎng)業(yè)態(tài)所存在的痛點(diǎn)被極端化放大,智慧商場(chǎng)應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。本研究以消費(fèi)者、商家以及商場(chǎng)運(yùn)營(yíng)方三大商場(chǎng)用戶視角為研究對(duì)象,梳理不同用戶需求并系統(tǒng)性給出不同用戶角度下智慧商場(chǎng)的數(shù)智化應(yīng)用場(chǎng)景,為未來智慧商場(chǎng)的發(fā)展提供可參考依據(jù)。

Analysis on the Application of Digital Intelligence Scenarios in Smart Shopping Malls from the Perspective of Users

Abstract: Affected by the epidemic, the pain points of traditional shopping malls have been exaggerated, and smart shopping malls have emerged. This research takes the perspectives of consumers, merchants, and mall operators as the research objects, sorts out different user needs and systematically presents the digital as well as intelligent application scenarios of smart malls from different user perspectives, and provides potential for the development of smart malls in the future.
