氫燃料電池高壓儲(chǔ)供氫系統(tǒng)船上適應(yīng)性研究

摘要:本文介紹了船用氫燃料電池高壓儲(chǔ)供氫系統(tǒng)適用性的規(guī)范標(biāo)準(zhǔn)依據(jù);結(jié)合“三峽氫舟1”涉氫工藝流程,從氫氣儲(chǔ)存方式,儲(chǔ)供氫管系的選材、焊接工藝、焊接方式、無損探傷、雙壁管安裝、管系的液壓及氣密試驗(yàn)分析了其適用性,為氫燃料電池船的推廣應(yīng)用提供實(shí)用樣例。

Research on the Adaptability of Hydrogen Fuel Cell High?pressure Hydrogen Storage and Supply System on Board

Abstract: This paper introduces the standard basis for the applicability of marine Hydrogen fuel cell high?pressure hydrogen storage and supply system. Combined with the hydrogen related process flow of "San Xia Qing Zhou 1", its applicability is analyzed from the aspects of hydrogen storage mode, material selection of hydrogen storage and supply pipeline system, welding process, welding mode, nondestructive testing, double wall pipe installation, hydraulic pressure and air tightness test of pipeline system, providing practical examples for the promotion and application of Hydrogen fuel cell ship.

隨著國家“雙碳”目標(biāo)的推進(jìn),越來越多的清潔能源被應(yīng)用到船舶上來,其中清潔性佳、熱值高、可再生、零污染的氫能源成了首選目標(biāo),氫燃料動(dòng)力也是目前全球公認(rèn)的清潔能源動(dòng)力終極解決方案,隨著儲(chǔ)氫技術(shù)的發(fā)展,氫燃料動(dòng)力也將成為低碳、零碳船舶動(dòng)力的重要發(fā)展方向[1]。(剩余3855字)
