October 14， 2024 marks the 55th World Standards Day. On the afternoon of that day， the Hangzhou Market Supervision and Administration Bureau organized the 55th World Standards Day event at the Hangzhou International Standardization Conference Base and released a progress report on the standards improvement action. In the following days， Hangzhou also hosted two significant international conferences： the working group conference of the International Organization for Standardization （ISO） Technical Committee on Nuclear Energy， Nuclear Technologies and Radiological Protection and the 27th plenary session of the ISO Technical Committee on Gas Analysis.
