運用一站式智能導醫(yī)平臺改善患者就醫(yī)體驗

【摘 要】 智能導醫(yī)是醫(yī)院智慧服務(wù)的重要組成部分。上海市胸科醫(yī)院借助事件驅(qū)動和人工智能技術(shù),以微信公眾號為載體,構(gòu)建了一站式智能導醫(yī)平臺,根據(jù)不同患者門診就醫(yī)需求,制訂個體化就醫(yī)規(guī)劃,以任務(wù)流形式串聯(lián)各就診環(huán)節(jié),縮短了患者候診時間,緩解了導醫(yī)工作壓力,改善了患者就醫(yī)體驗。

Abstract Intelligent medical guidance is an important component of hospital smart services. With the help of event-driven and artificial intelligence technology, Shanghai Chest Hospital built a one-stop intelligent medical guidance platform using the WeChat public account as the carrier, formulated individualized medical treatment plans according to different patients' outpatient medical needs, and presented each treatment link in a one-stop manner in the form of task flow, which shortened the waiting time for patients, alleviated the pressure of medical guides, and improved patients' medical experience.
