邢維萱教授運(yùn)用溫經(jīng)湯治療月經(jīng)病臨證經(jīng)驗(yàn)
【摘 要】 溫經(jīng)湯源自東漢張仲景《金匱要略》,具有溫經(jīng)散寒、養(yǎng)血化瘀之功效,被譽(yù)為婦科調(diào)經(jīng)之祖方。邢維萱教授對(duì)溫經(jīng)湯的認(rèn)識(shí)大致歸納為溫經(jīng)散寒、溫經(jīng)養(yǎng)血以及溫經(jīng)散寒兼清熱三個(gè)方面。且多將此方運(yùn)用于月經(jīng)病的治療,取得了較好的療效。

Professor Xing Weixuan’s Clinical Experience in Treating Menstrual Diseases with Wenjing Decoction

Abstract:Wenjing Decoction, which originated from The Synopsis of Golden Chamber by Zhang Zhongjing in Eastern Han Dynasty, has the effects of warming meridians, dispelling cold, nourishing blood and removing blood stasis, and is known as the ancestral prescription of gynecological menstruation regulation. Professor Xing Weixuan’s understanding of Wen Jing Tang Decoction can be roughly summarized into three aspects: Warming Meridian to Dispel Cold, Warming Meridian to Nourish Blood, Warming Meridian to Dispel Cold and Clearing Heat. Moreover, this prescription is mostly used in the treatment of menstrual diseases, and has achieved good curative effect.
