正畸治療中對顳下頜關(guān)節(jié)紊亂病的防治策略研究

[摘 要] 顳下頜關(guān)節(jié)紊亂?。═MD）病因復(fù)雜，涉及身體解剖、社會心理、環(huán)境遺傳等因素。研究表明，若TMD發(fā)生在正畸治療前或治療期間，則可能增加治療的難度和風(fēng)險。因此，防治TMD對提升正畸治療效果具有重要意義。本文旨在通過TMD的診斷、正畸治療前TMD篩查及正畸治療中可能誘發(fā)TMD的因素進行綜述。

Study on the Prevention and Treatment Strategy of Temporomandibular Disorders in Orthodontic Treatment

[Abstract] The etiology of temporomandibular disorders （TMD） is complex， involving physical anatomy， social psychology， environmental genetics and other factors. Studies have shown that if TMD occurs before or during orthodontic treatment， it may increase the difficulty and risk of treatment. Therefore， the prevention and treatment of TMD is of great significance to improve the effect of orthodontic treatment. This article aims to review the diagnosis of TMD， TMD screening before orthodontic treatment and the factors that may induce TMD in orthodontic treatment.
