[摘 要]目的 比較固定義齒與活動(dòng)義齒對(duì)牙周病患者的修復(fù)效果。方法 選取2020年1月-2022年12月我院收治的90例牙周病患者，采用隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為對(duì)照組和觀察組，每組45例。對(duì)照組采取活動(dòng)義齒，觀察組采取固定義齒，比較兩組修復(fù)效果及生活質(zhì)量。結(jié)果 觀察組牙齒斷裂、邊緣密封性、牙齦健康狀況和牙齒顏色評(píng)分低于對(duì)照組（P

[Abstract]Objective To compare the restoration effect of fixed denture and removable denture on patients with periodontal disease. Methods A total of 90 patients with periodontal disease admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method， with 45 patients in each group. The control group was treated with removable denture， and the observation group was treated with fixed denture. The restoration effect and quality of life of the two groups were compared.
