[摘 要]目的 探究微型種植體支抗在口腔正畸治療中的應(yīng)用效果。方法 選取2022年9月-2023年5月本院口腔門診收治的80例口腔正畸患者為研究對象，采用雙盲法分為傳統(tǒng)組與微型組，各40例。傳統(tǒng)組采用傳統(tǒng)方式治療，微型組采用微型種植體支抗治療。比較兩組牙齒功能、牙周健康、牙齒結(jié)構(gòu)及不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率。結(jié)果 微型組治療后牙齒咀嚼功能、語言功能、固定功能評分均高于傳統(tǒng)組（P

Clinical Effect of Micro Implant Anchorage in Orthodontics

[Abstract]Objective To explore the application effect of micro-implant anchorage in orthodontic treatment. Methods A total of 80 orthodontic patients admitted to the oral clinic of our hospital from September 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into traditional group and micro group by double-blind method， with 40 patients in each group. The traditional group was treated with traditional methods， and the micro group was treated with micro implant anchorage.
