【摘 要】目的 探討敘事護理干預(yù)在整形美容手術(shù)患者中的應(yīng)用效果。方法 選取2021年9月-2023年5月于我院行整形美容手術(shù)治療的60例患者為研究對象，以隨機數(shù)字表法分為觀察組和對照組，每組30例。對照組應(yīng)用常規(guī)護理，觀察組應(yīng)用敘事護理干預(yù)，比較兩組情緒狀況、自我效能和應(yīng)對方式、滿意度。結(jié)果 兩組干預(yù)后BIRS評分、K10評分均低于干預(yù)前，且觀察組低于對照組（P

Application Effect of Narrative Nursing Intervention in Patients Undergoing Aesthetic Plastic Surgery

【Abstract】Objective To explore the application effect of narrative nursing intervention in patients undergoing aesthetic plastic surgery. Methods A total of 60 patients who underwent aesthetic plastic surgery in our hospital from September 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method， with 30 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing， and the observation group was given narrative nursing intervention. The emotional status， Self-efficacy and coping style， satisfaction of the two groups were compared.
