【摘 要】目的 分析心理干預(yù)在燒傷患者護理中的應(yīng)用價值。方法 選取我院2020年1月-2022年12月收治的92例燒傷患者為研究對象，以隨機數(shù)字表法分為對照組和觀察組，各46例。對照組給予常規(guī)護理，觀察組在對照組的基礎(chǔ)上給予心理干預(yù)，比較兩組創(chuàng)傷后成長水平及生活質(zhì)量。結(jié)果 兩組護理后新可能性、人際關(guān)系、個人能力、享受生活、精神改變評分及總分均高于護理前，且觀察組高于對照組（P

Application Value of Psychological Intervention in Nursing of Burn Patients

【Abstract】Objective To analyze the application value of psychological intervention in the nursing of burn patients. Methods A total of 92 burn patients admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method， with 46 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing， and the observation group was given psychological intervention on the basis of the control group. The post-traumatic growth level and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of new possibility， interpersonal relationship， personal ability， enjoyment of life， mental change and total score of the two groups after nursing were higher than those before nursing， and those of the observation group were higher than the control group （P
