減張縫合器術(shù)在瘢痕整形中的應(yīng)用

【摘 要】目的 探究減張縫合器術(shù)在瘢痕整形中的應(yīng)用效果。方法 選取2018年1月-2022年5月黔西南州人民醫(yī)院收治的60例瘢痕整形患者，按照入院順序分為對(duì)照組和觀察組，每組30例。對(duì)照組接受傳統(tǒng)手工縫合，觀察組接受減張縫合器術(shù)，比較兩組創(chuàng)口愈合滿意度及術(shù)后瘢痕恢復(fù)情況。結(jié)果 觀察組創(chuàng)口愈合滿意度高于對(duì)照組，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P

【Abstract】Objective To study the application effect of tension-reducing suture device in scar plastic surgery. Methods A total of 60 patients with scar plastic surgery admitted to Qianxian Prefecture People’s Hospital from January 2018 to May 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the order of admission， with 30 patients in each group.
