【摘要】目的 通過多種檢測方法分析HA-RGD對細(xì)胞活性因子修復(fù)功效的影響。方法 利用一定的比例構(gòu)建HA-RGD、細(xì)胞活性因子組合物1和組合物2,在細(xì)胞水平和人體水平分別評估其對皮膚的修復(fù)效果。結(jié)果 組合物1和組合物2中受試者人體安全斑貼試驗(yàn)結(jié)果均為陰性,未出現(xiàn)不良反應(yīng),安全性良好;基于細(xì)胞遷移實(shí)驗(yàn),組合物1和組合物2與空白對照相比,相對遷移平均值顯著升高(P

【Abstract】Objective To analyze the effect of HA-RGD on the repair effect of cell active factors by various detection methods. Methods HA-RGD, cell active factor composition 1 and composition 2 were constructed in a certain proportion, and their repair effects on skin were evaluated at the cellular level and human level, respectively.
