Looking back at the real estate market in 2024, a series of policy measures were implemented in succession, including ensuring the completion of housing projects, clearing inventory, reducing down payments, and lowering interest rates. To stabilize the market, tailored policies has been implemented for different cities with each city having its own policy to optimize real estate regulations. With the boost from favorable policies, the demand for home purchases has increased and property developers have started to regain momentum.
