2024年9月26日，中央企業(yè)先進(jìn)集體和勞動(dòng)模范表彰大會(huì)在京召開(kāi)，山航飛行員王洪戰(zhàn)榮獲“中央企業(yè)勞動(dòng)模范”稱號(hào)。紅色的證書(shū)頒發(fā)到手中，沉甸甸的，王洪戰(zhàn)知道，這既是對(duì)自己過(guò)往工作的認(rèn)可，更是對(duì)未來(lái)飛行的期冀。

The commendation conference for advanced collectives and labor models of central enterprises was held on September 26， 2024 in Beijing. Wang Hongzhan， a pilot from Shandong Airlines， was awarded the title of"Model Worker of Central Enterprises". With the red certificate in his hands， Wang Hongzhan knew that this was not only recognition of his past work but also an expectation for future flights.
