現(xiàn)代物流管理專業(yè)產(chǎn)教融合下的師資隊伍建設(shè)和提升路徑

——基于校企協(xié)同合作的高職教師改革探析

摘 要:文章以天津商務(wù)職業(yè)學(xué)院現(xiàn)代物流管理專業(yè)為例,分析得出高職院校應(yīng)該以“崗課賽證”模式作為專職教師的主要培訓(xùn)手段,力圖實(shí)現(xiàn)課堂教學(xué)模式多樣化、時效化。高職院校應(yīng)以實(shí)現(xiàn)“產(chǎn)教融合”“崗課銜接”為根本目的,在數(shù)字化高速發(fā)展的當(dāng)下,貼合物流企業(yè)的崗位需求,不斷提高教師的教學(xué)水平。

Abstract: Taking the modern logistics management major of Tianjin College of Commerce as an example, it is concluded that higher vocational colleges should take the“post course competition certificate”mode as the main training means for full-time teachers, and try to make the classroom teaching mode more diverse and time-efficient. With the rapid development of digitalization, higher vocational colleges should aim at achieving“the integration between industry and education”and“post and class connection”, meet the post needs of logistics enterprises, and constantly improve the teaching level of teachers.
