摘 要 目的：研究重癥監(jiān)護(hù)室（ICU）氣管切開患者發(fā)生下呼吸道感染的臨床情況及危險(xiǎn)因素分析與預(yù)防對(duì)策。方法：選擇198例氣管切開患者，根據(jù)是否發(fā)生下呼吸道感染將其分為觀察組（n=77）和對(duì)照組（n=121）。對(duì)比兩組臨床特征，并進(jìn)行多因素logistic回歸分析。結(jié)果：年齡、肺氣腫、呼吸衰竭、入住ICU時(shí)間、使用呼吸機(jī)時(shí)間、使用抗菌藥物種類、抗菌藥物使用時(shí)間、氣道開放時(shí)間、侵入性操作及多人ICU均與ICU氣管切開患者發(fā)生下呼吸道感染有關(guān)（P

Risk factors and prevention of lower respiratory tract infection in ICU patients with tracheotomy

ABSTRACT Objective： To study the risk factors and preventive measures of lower respiratory tract infection in patients with tracheotomy in intensive care unit （ICU）. Methods： One hundred and ninety-eight patients with tracheotomy were selected and divided into an observation group （n=77） and a control group （n=121） according to whether the lower respiratory tract infection occurred. The clinical characteristics were compared between the two groups and multivariate logistic regression analysis was performed. Results： The factors such as age， emphysema， respiratory failure， time for stay in ICU， duration of the use of ventilator and antibiotics， type of antibiotics used， airway opening time， invasive operation and multiple patients admitted at the ICU were all associated with the lower respiratory tract infection （P
