腦血通1號對腦出血恢復期患者腦循環(huán)及神經(jīng)功能康復的影響

摘 要 目的：探討腦血通1號對腦出血恢復期患者腦循環(huán)及神經(jīng)功能康復的影響。方法：將96例腦出血恢復期患者隨機分為對照組（n=48）和觀察組（n=48）。對照組給以西醫(yī)常規(guī)治療，觀察組在此基礎上加中藥腦血通1號治療。比較兩組的臨床療效及神經(jīng)功能康復情況。結(jié)果：觀察組總有效率高于對照組（95.83% vs 87.50%）；觀察組NIHSS評分低于對照組，SF-36生活質(zhì)量評分高于對照組；觀察組腦血管平均流速與腦血流量顯著高于對照組（均P

Effect of Naoxuetong No.1 on the rehabilitation of cerebral circulation and nervous function in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage

ABSTRACT Objective： To investigate the effect of Naoxuetong No.1 on the recovery of cerebral circulation and nerve function in patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods： Ninety-six patients with convalescent cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into a control group （n=48） and an observation group （n=48）. The control group was treated with routine Western medicine and the observation group was treated with Naoxuetong No.1. The clinical efficacy and neurological rehabilitation were compared between the two groups.
