山東省反興奮劑工作模式的研究

摘 要：山東省歷來高度重視反興奮劑工作，經(jīng)過近幾年的不懈努力，全面提升了反興奮劑治理能力，形成“防反并舉、懲教結(jié)合”的工作體系，為全國范圍的省市反興奮劑工作提供了“山東模式”。該文通過對山東省反興奮劑組織體系模式、教育模式、工作模式及其創(chuàng)新進(jìn)行介紹，以期為其他地區(qū)反興奮劑工作提供借鑒。

Construction of Shandong Anti-Doping Work Mode

Abstract：Shandong Province has been attaching great importance to anti-doping work. With unremitting efforts in recent years， the anti-doping governance capabilities of Shandong has been comprehensively improved， having formed "precaution and education， combined with prevention and punishment" work system and a characteristic "Shandong anti-doping work mode". This paper introduces the system mode， education mode， working mode and innovation of Shandong anti-doping organization， in order to provide reference for the anti-doping work in other provinces， autonomous regions and municipalities.

習(xí)近平總書記高度重視反興奮劑工作，2017年以來習(xí)近平總書記已經(jīng)多次對反興奮劑工作做出過指示批示，反復(fù)強(qiáng)調(diào)“堅(jiān)持對興奮劑問題零容忍”“拿遵紀(jì)守法的金牌，拿一個(gè)干凈的金牌”“使用興奮劑、弄虛作假，這樣的金牌拿再多也沒有意義”“要拿道德的金牌、風(fēng)格的金牌、干凈的金牌”［1］“要有好的精神風(fēng)貌，要拿精神文明的金牌”。（剩余8390字）
