【摘 要】分析拉線接頭塑件的工藝特點(diǎn),介紹該塑件注塑模的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)和工作過程。由于塑件的表面既有側(cè)凹與突耳結(jié)構(gòu),又有頂部螺釘孔,脫模困難,創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)彈板式前模滑塊的脫模機(jī)構(gòu)。經(jīng)使用驗(yàn)證,模具結(jié)構(gòu)合理,運(yùn)行可靠。

【Abstract】In this article,the technological characteristic of cable connector was analyzed,and it also introduces the structural design and operating process of the injection mold for this part.Because the surface of the plastic part has both side concave,lug,and screw hole at the top and the product is difficult to demold,the demolding mechanism of the springboard cavity slider is innovatively designed.It has been proved that the mold structure is rational and safe in operation.
