某PHEV乘員艙及動力電池?zé)峁芾矸桨负筒呗詢?yōu)化研究

【摘 要】以W公司某PHEV熱管理系統(tǒng)為研究對象,對乘員艙及動力電池?zé)峁芾磉M行集成化設(shè)計,接著對目標(biāo)水溫的控制策略進行優(yōu)化,最后在吐魯番及牙克石開展相關(guān)試驗。結(jié)果表明,集成化設(shè)計可以滿足整車的性能指標(biāo),并實現(xiàn)降本、降重的設(shè)計任務(wù)。

【Abstract】Taking the thermal management of W company's PHEV as the research object,the system of the battery and cabin was integrated designed,then the control strategy of the target water temperature was optimized,finally tests were carried out in Turpan and Yakeshi. The results show that,the design scheme can meet the VTS and realize the design tasks of cost and weight reduction.
