汽車線束避免虹吸的設(shè)計(jì)與選型

【摘  要】文章以某車型汽車線束艙內(nèi)防水接插件進(jìn)水故障為例，采用魚骨圖的方式找出其艙內(nèi)插件進(jìn)水的原因。從線束布置、防水接插件的選用及防水要求、合點(diǎn)布置要求及密封處理3個(gè)層面講述如何防止虹吸現(xiàn)象，為線束防虹吸設(shè)計(jì)提供參考。

The Design and Selection of Automobile Wiring Harness to Avoid Siphon*

【Abstract】This paper takes the water failure of the waterproof connector of automotive wiring harness in the cabin as an example. The fishbone diagram is used to find out the reason of water inlet of the connector in the cabin. How to prevent siphon phenomenon is discussed from three aspects：wiring harness arrangement，waterproof connector selection and waterproof requirements，wiring harness junction arrangement requirements and sealing treatment. It provides reference for anti-siphon design of wire harness.
