紅外光譜在可降解塑料包裝材質(zhì)分析中的應(yīng)用

摘要:采用衰減全反射(ATR)紅外光譜建立對可降解塑料包裝的成分鑒別方法;應(yīng)用紅外光譜對可降解塑料包裝進行分析;通過對可降解塑料PBAT、PLA等主要吸收帶的分析,得到了PBAT、PLA等原料及其制品紅外光譜的特點;ATR紅外光譜分析法用于鑒別可降解塑料包裝的主要材質(zhì),操作簡便,快速高效。

Application of Infrared Spectroscopy on Material Analysis of Degradable Plastic Packaging

Abstract: The technique of ATR (Attenuated Total Refraction)-FTIR analysis was adopted to identify the components of degradable plastic packaging. Plastic samples were analyzed by Infrared Spectroscopy. Through the analysis of the main absorption bands of degradable plastics PBAT and PLA, the characteristics of PBAT and PLA materials and their products were obtained. ATR infrared spectroscopy is used to identify the main materials of degradable plastic packaging, which is simple, fast and efficient.
