靜葉調(diào)節(jié)執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)PLC控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計

摘 要:為準(zhǔn)確及時調(diào)控風(fēng)機(jī)靜葉角度,設(shè)計一種基于電液控制技術(shù)的靜葉調(diào)節(jié)執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)。首先介紹靜葉調(diào)節(jié)執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)的液壓系統(tǒng),然后重點(diǎn)介紹PLC控制系統(tǒng)硬件結(jié)構(gòu)和軟件編程要點(diǎn),通過增加積分項權(quán)值方法,改進(jìn)經(jīng)典PID控制方法的缺陷,提高系統(tǒng)的響應(yīng)速度和穩(wěn)定性。

Abstract: In order to accurately and promptly adjust the fan stator blade angle, a stator blade adjustment actuator based on electro-hydraulic control technology is designed. First, the hydraulic system of the stationary blade adjusting actuator is introduced, and then the hardware structure and software programming points of the PLC control system are introduced. By adding the weight of the integral term, the defects of the classic PID control method are improved and the response speed and stability of the system are improved.
