摘 要:結(jié)合某高速公路增設(shè)北互通工程210 m小半徑曲線橋25 m長(zhǎng)預(yù)制T梁架設(shè)實(shí)踐,對(duì)雙導(dǎo)梁在小半徑橋梁中采用撥軌道、搭設(shè)臨時(shí)支墩2種方法完成前移轉(zhuǎn)向的比較,分析雙導(dǎo)梁架橋機(jī)在大跨徑小半徑曲線橋架設(shè)的可行性。重點(diǎn)介紹架橋機(jī)拼裝、架橋機(jī)前移、喂梁、T梁安裝和架橋機(jī)過孔轉(zhuǎn)向等施工工藝。

Abstract: Based on the practice of erecting 25-meter-long precast T-beams of a 210-meter small radius curved bridge in an expressway, this paper compares the two methods of track shifting and temporary pier erection of double-guide beams in small-radius bridges, and analyzes the feasibility of erecting double-guide beam bridge erection machines in long-span and small-radius curved bridges. This paper mainly introduces the construction technology of bridge erecting machine, such as assembling, forward moving, beam feeding, T beam installation, through-hole steering of bridge erecting machine, etc.
