電感耦合等離子體原子發(fā)射光譜法測定工業(yè)硅中鐵、鋁、鈣元素含量的不確定度評定

摘 要:該文對電感耦合等離子體原子發(fā)射光譜法測定工業(yè)硅中鐵、鋁、鈣元素含量的方法進行描述,系統(tǒng)分析不確定來源,對數據進行采集和量化,計算得出不確定度分量、合成標準不確定度、擴展不確定度。根據評定結果分析得出,標準曲線擬合中曲線變動性產生的不確定度最大。

Abstract: In this paper, the method of determining the content of iron, aluminum and calcium in industrial silicon by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry is described, and the sources of uncertainty are analyzed systematically. Through data collection and quantitative calculation, the uncertainty component, composite standard uncertainty and extended uncertainty are obtained. According to the analysis of the evaluation results, it is concluded that the uncertainty caused by curve variation is the largest in standard curve fitting.
