大體積承臺(tái)混凝土配合比優(yōu)化及有限元仿真分析

摘 要:嘉陵江特大橋位于四川省廣元市昭化區(qū)紅巖鎮(zhèn),是G5京昆高速?gòu)V元至綿陽(yáng)段擴(kuò)容工程的控制性工程,以此橋大體積混凝土承臺(tái)為背景,通過(guò)優(yōu)化混凝土配合比及合理的冷卻水管布置等措施,減小混凝土承臺(tái)內(nèi)外部的溫度梯度,有效避免混凝土裂縫的產(chǎn)生。

Abstract: Jialing River Bridge is located in Hongyan Town, Zhaohua District, Guangyuan City, Sichuan Province. It is the control project of the expansion project of the Guangyuan to Mianyang section of the G5 Beijing-Kunming Expressway. With this bridge's mass concrete cap as the background, by optimizing the concrete mix ratio and reasonable measures such as the arrangement of cooling water pipes, it is supposed to reduce the temperature gradient inside and outside the concrete cap, and effectively avoid the occurrence of concrete cracks.
