雙重預防機制智慧化在某建設項目中的應用探討

摘  要：以雙重預防機制模塊為例闡述系統(tǒng)作用，通過數(shù)字化建設對危險有害因素辨識、評價、分級管控、數(shù)據(jù)庫建立、預警、治理和驗收，為企業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)、隱患整改和問題反饋等提供大量數(shù)據(jù)，利用這些數(shù)據(jù)進行全員安全管理，在進行風險辨識評價時更加精準，做到科學管理，為雙重預防機制信息化建設提供思路。

Abstract： This paper takes the double prevention mechanism module as an example to illustrate the role of the system， and， through digital construction of dangerous and harmful factors identification， evaluation， hierarchical control， database establishment， early warning， treatment and acceptance， provides a large amount of data for enterprise personnel training， hidden trouble rectification， problem feedback， etc.; besides， this paper uses these data for all staff safety management， which is more accuratein the risk identification and evaluation， to achieve science and technology "treatment would-be diseases". The purpose of this paper is to provide some ideas for the information construction of double prevention mechanism.
