一次碳纖維復合導線斷線案例分析

摘 要:碳纖維復合導線在電力系統(tǒng)高壓輸電線路中運用日益增加,碳纖維復合導線的實踐經(jīng)驗和運行經(jīng)驗亟待探索。文章針對某供電局110 kV線路工程中應用碳纖維復合導線時,在施工過程中發(fā)生一次碳纖維復合導線斷線的案例,從現(xiàn)場檢查及檢測結(jié)果進行實例分析,并提出實踐建議。

Abstract: Carbon fiber composite wires are increasingly used in high voltage transmission lines of power system, and the practical experience and operation experience of carbon fiber composite wires need to be explored urgently. Aiming at the case of a carbon fiber composite conductor breaking in the construction process when carbon fiber composite wires are used in the 110 kV line project of a power supply bureau, this paper analyzes the on-site inspection and testing results, and puts forward some practical suggestions.

碳纖維復合導線是一種全新結(jié)構(gòu)的節(jié)能型增容導線,與常規(guī)導線相比,具有重量輕、抗拉強度大、耐熱性能好、熱膨脹系數(shù)小、高溫弧垂小、導電率高、線損低、載流量大、耐腐蝕性能好和不易覆冰等一系列優(yōu)點,綜合解決了架空輸電領(lǐng)域存在的各項技術(shù)瓶頸,代表了未來架空導線的技術(shù)發(fā)展趨勢,有助于構(gòu)造安全、環(huán)保、高效節(jié)約型輸電網(wǎng)絡(luò),應用在新建線路中,可提高線路的單位輸送容量,確保電網(wǎng)的堅強性,長遠經(jīng)濟性更好[1-2]。(剩余2822字)
