一種電容式應變傳感器設計

摘  要：文章介紹一種通過電容變化探測應變信號的傳感器。該傳感器主要通過改變電容極板間的面積來獲得電容值的變化，從而測量應變量。為保證傳感器在工作中有較大的電容值變化量，設計一種雙電容結構，保證傳感器的靈敏度，該傳感器的檢測單元包括一個動極板、兩個定極板和一個電路組件。

Abstract： A kind of sensor for detecting strain signal by capacitance change is introduced in this paper. The sensor mainly obtains the change of the capacitance value by changing the area between the capacitive plates， so as to measure the strain. In order to ensure that the sensor has a large change of capacitance， a double capacitance structure is designed in order to ensure the sensitivity of the sensor whose detection unit includes a moving plate， two fixing plates and a circuit component.
