淺談熱表車間生產(chǎn)管理優(yōu)化

摘要：熱表車間是企業(yè)實行生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營的重要組成部分，車間生產(chǎn)管理水平直接影響到企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)效率和經(jīng)濟效益。介紹在熱表車間生產(chǎn)管理過程中遇到的問題，并進行梳理與分析，提出相應(yīng)的優(yōu)化方案。同時，加強車間生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場管理，能使產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量合格率提升得到有效保證。

Discussion on production management optimization in heat treatment and surface treatment workshop

Abstract： The Heat treatment and surface treatment workshop is an important component of enterprise production and operation. And the production and management level of workshop directly affects the production efficiency and economic benefits of enterprises. This paper sorts out and analyzes the problems existing in the production management process of heat treatment and surface treatment shop. the corresponding optimization schemes are also put forward. Meanwhile， strengthening production site management of workshops can promote the improvement of product quality qualified rate which is able to be  guaranteed effectively.

1 序言

近年來，在不斷升級的作戰(zhàn)體系與需求規(guī)劃下，軍工行業(yè)迎來前所未有的快速發(fā)展階段，熱表（熱處理與表面處理）車間作為制造鏈中的協(xié)作單位，生產(chǎn)加工和技術(shù)能力隨之得到快速提升。（剩余3886字）
