激光清洗對合金鋼焊接性能的影響

摘要：研究激光清洗對合金鋼焊接性能的影響規(guī)律，為鋼架結(jié)構(gòu)件焊前清洗選取一種高效、綠色的清洗方式。選取兩種除銹方式對不同表面狀態(tài)下的鋼板進(jìn)行清洗。分析結(jié)果表明：采用激光清洗的鋼板表面可以滿足焊縫質(zhì)量I級要求，而且激光焊前清洗還具有快捷高效、處理后對基材沒有損傷、基材表層會(huì)形成硬化層等優(yōu)勢。

The effect of laser cleaning on the welding performance of alloy steel

Abstract： The effect of laser cleaning on the weldability of alloy steel was studied， and an efficient and green cleaning method was selected for the pre-welding cleaning of steel frame structure. Two kinds of rust removal methods were selected to clean the steel plate under different surface states. The analysis results show that the laser cleaning steel plate surface can meet the requirements of weld quality level I， and the advantages of laser cleaning before welding are fast and efficient， no damage to the substrate after treatment， and the substrate surface will form a hardened layer.
