淺談一種低成本高效率鈦纖維的制備方法

摘要:金屬鈦纖維多孔材料以其特殊的結(jié)構(gòu)和性能,在多個工業(yè)領(lǐng)域有著廣泛的應(yīng)用。PEM電解槽成為近年來最為理想的綠氫制備方法之一,金屬鈦纖維氈是制備PEM電解槽氣體擴散層的理想材料。但受制于成本原因,在我國規(guī)模化推廣暫時受限,因此降低陽極氣體擴散層的制備成本勢在必行。

Abstract: Titanium fiber porous materials have been widely used in many industrial fields because of their special structure and properties. PEM-electrolytic cell has become one of the most ideal methods used for green hydrogen preparation in recent years. Titanium fiber felt is an ideal material for preparing gas diffusion layer of PEM electrolyzer. But, due to cost reasons, large-scale promotion in China is temporarily limited and it is imperative to reduce the preparation cost of anode gas diffusion layer.

鈦纖維作為一種特殊的用于制備金屬纖維氈的原材料,基于金屬鈦的特性,具備耐溫、耐蝕、吸氣性、低密度及高強度等良好的物理化學(xué)性能,制備而成的鈦纖維氈具有高孔隙率、高滲透率、高精度和易加工等特點,因此被廣泛應(yīng)用在航空航天、軍工、醫(yī)療和能源等領(lǐng)域,特別是近年來關(guān)注度較高的水電解制氫領(lǐng)域[1]。(剩余4716字)
