The influence of industrial robot positioning and arc tracking on the quality of automated MAG welding

Abstract: In the practical production application, 90% of automatic MAG welding defects are caused by abnormal positioning and arc tracking. This article elaborates on the mechanism relationship between automatic MAG welding defects and positioning and arc tracking, analyzes the key influencing factors of positioning and arc tracking, and aims to provide theoretical and case support for automatic welding quality control.
