鑄造冷鐵布置原則的研究及驗(yàn)證

摘要:借助鑄造數(shù)值模擬技術(shù)對(duì)球墨鑄鐵件冷鐵設(shè)置的部分原則及要求進(jìn)行了研究及驗(yàn)證。研究了冷鐵鋪設(shè)厚度對(duì)鑄件激冷效果的影響,驗(yàn)證了冷鐵最大效用的“二分之一原則”;同時(shí)也研究了鑄件的直角兩側(cè)面同時(shí)鋪設(shè)冷鐵的距離控制問(wèn)題,確定直角兩邊同時(shí)鋪設(shè)冷鐵的最小控制距離,為今后的冷鐵工藝設(shè)計(jì)提供指導(dǎo)。

Research and verification of casting chill layout principle

Abstract: This article is mainly researched and verified some principles of chiller setting by the numerical simulation technology. On the one hand, researched the thickness of chill how to influence the solidification process,verified the principle of maximum utility of chill. On the other hand, researched when the setting chill simultaneously on the two right angle faces,how to control the distance between two chills,confirmed the minimum distance and reference for the future process design.
