內(nèi)圓磨床工作臺鑄件結(jié)構與工藝優(yōu)化

摘要：介紹了工作臺鑄件原工藝方案，并指出該方案在生產(chǎn)中出現(xiàn)的問題。經(jīng)分析認為， 改進鑄件結(jié)構是解決問題的最佳途徑。在不改變外形機械加工尺寸的前提下，改進鑄件結(jié)構，調(diào)整工藝方案，使諸多問題得以解決，生產(chǎn)出合格的工作臺鑄件，從而達到降低生產(chǎn)難度、節(jié)約金屬材料、降低生產(chǎn)成本，以及提高成品率的效果。

Optimization of the structure and technology of the worktable of internal grinder

Abstract： The original process scheme of worktable casting was introduced， and the problems in production were pointed out. It is considered that the best way to solve the problem is to improve the casting structure. On the premise of not changing the external machining dimension， improve the casting structure， adjust the process plan， so that many problems can be solved， produce qualified table casting. Thus the production difficulty is reduced， the metal material is saved， the production cost is reduced， and the finished product rate is increased.

1 序言

工作臺作為M2210型半自動內(nèi)圓磨床的關鍵部件，對鑄件的內(nèi)在質(zhì)量、尺寸精度、整體強度及剛度等都有較高的要求，尤其是2條導軌，為保證其耐磨性，還要求具有較高的硬度（＞190HBW），不允許有任何鑄造缺陷。（剩余4765字）
